Had it in my cart for Black Friday, but forgot to buy it. Now when I try to go to the product page, it returns an error.

      Wouldn't the page stay up and just say out of stock though? Bit weird to remove it entirely from the search results.

    Why not call up your store and ask if they have it in stock.

    I never trust the stock counter on the website as things get moved and shuffled around.

    my housemates have a copy . They told us not to ask where they got it. I thought… Japan… hell, I don't know. I didn't want to know.

    Is there a recent re-release with a better transfer? Maybe the one you're looking at is out of print, and not being replaced.

    I bought it a few years ago. Many say it's the worst quality 4K transfer you can buy.

      The quality of the transfer is incredible IMO, but the grain removal was excessive. Supposedly done to help the 3D process.

      But the image quality is so much better they had to fix all the scenes where it's clear it's a stunt double, which was previously too hard to see. Personally I'm a fan of the HDR and colour change too.

        Haha I don’t have an opinion one way or the other, just found it interesting reading the opinions. Truth be told, I was happy enough with BD version.

        I’ll sit down and watch the 4K disc properly one day.

    Who owns the rights for distribution of T2? If it was Fox / Disney it could be becasue Disney no longer distribute physical media for Australia.
