Sounds like Bunnings will come through and honour the deal which is good. Perhaps they negotiated a discount with the supplier as well. Good publicity for them

Nope. Did not contact them at all. Email said they tried to fulfill orders based on availability and unfortunately in my instance, it is OOS and refunded.
TBH I would rather the charger than GC but knowing it is pricing error, it is expected.
$200 GC is not bad considering it cost you nothing and they stuffed up.
Not a bad outcome, you potentially saved yourself $1k installation costs while gaining $200

Did you try to get the single or 3 phase charger? I would think that the single phase charger is a lot more popular.

3 phase. Not cancelled yet. Still not sure if I can use it in my single phase house.
yes you can use it in your single phase house, but it will only support 7kw charging.
That's all I really need. Also my car only supports single phase anyway.
I ordered the 3 phase Ocular IQ 22kw. However it shows in the email and online order as EV CABLE TYPE 2-TYPE 2 OCULAR THREE PHASE 10M, I/N: 0708252.
I got notified 1-4 wks. Did anyone get confirmation if they will send the actual charger instead of a cable?
Checked my Bunnings order on my account and it says "Status: Cancelled" as of 11/12/24. I haven't heard from Bunnings yet though.
Mine is showing the same and no word or refund either. It would be pretty poor for them to sit on our money for a week and then just cancel. I’m happy to wait for delivery even if it’s a couple of months.

Got cancellation on my 3-phase although I think I was in quite early - $200 gift card
Waiting to see what happens on my 1-phase which was click and collect.
Just saw the 1-phase will be fulfilled - woohoo! Now to wait for pickup and then find someone who can install it.
I ordered multiple - just got a cancellation email and $200 credit for the entire order.
Anyone tried talking them up on the compensation offer for multiple purchases?
Chat said there was an 'insane' amount of orders due to the 'insanely low' price and the supplier is working to provide the products. Should be all good, will probably just take a bit of time to get them. Checking with the supplier and will provide an update when they get one.
