Been waiting for a blackfriday deal on Airbnb and this seems to be the best it is. Says limited time only not sure when will expire.

  5% instant discount and instant delivery thru Macquarie bank. Worth opening a free account if you don't have one not only for the gift cards but also other perks you may look up yourself if interested.

    By other perks are you illuiding to anything in particular? I did a quick search and didnt find anything of interest to me otherwise. Have so many debit cards at the moment. uBank, NAB, Westpac, Bank SA. Need to cull but Macqurie for gift cards looks good!

      For me, it is mainly the no international fee and also no atm fees at that expensive atm at my local tobacconist who only accepts cash plus the instant discount on hundreds of gift cards (most can be purchased for an exact amount which can be done quickly before paying for something) rather than having a gift card with leftovers.

        Thank you. I missed that. They should promote it better on their page! Think i'll get rid of the Westpac and maybe the NAB. Cant see anything NAB (old citi debit) has that Macquarie doesn't.

      In addition to the above, their transaction account has interest rate, so no need to manage money to a different savings account. Of course the savings account has a decent interest rate too with $1m limit.

    Also 5% at HCF rewards, NIB rewards and AGL rewards. Why bother with cashback when you can save directly. This has been around for a long time.
