They all suck from time to time, but which one sucks the most?

Sounds like there a good chance that your package might still be delivered - best of luck for tomorrow

yes hopefully thanks. đ
if it really was a breakdown then also surely I'm not the only one that didn't get their package today.
All of the above.
Direct freight
Still salty they lost a $3000+ multi piece consignment . Just literally disappeared into a black hole. Scanned on board then nothing.
Toll/TGE group. Absolutely no tracking updates on 2 deliveries. Had to chase up with senders.
Added Toll and Direct Freight
In my experience it's a tie between Couriers Please and Aramex.
Recently had stuff delivered by a new company i hadn't seen before: Fast Horse Express.
They said they couldn't deliver three times (was home each time) and then they sent it back to China.Aramex. Bought a XB1X and their tracking was basically non-existent. Waited a few days after the tracking was at a standstill and they said they'd attempted delivery and that it was at their depot. Nothing left at my house, no SMS or e-mail updates.
When it coms to delivery services, it's Auspost or it's nothing IMO.
As much as we give AusPost sh1t, they're actually pretty good in comparison to most. I've never had an issue with them that wasn't sorted out the next day.
Aramex/Slowway by a long distance. Itâs not just the fact that theyâre sh1te, but that theyâre consistently sh1te
Border express + FRF couriers. They both blamed each other for a parcel that went missing.
Interparcel had an agreement with the sender FRF couriers picked the parcel up and then instantly passed it to Border express to do the actual delivery. Everyone said good job and not our problem when it was lost. Then the blame game started. Everyone just blamed everyone else. Wasn't us that lost it, it was them. Even though there was a missed calls and texts from Border Express about a package thats postage hadn't been paid for which needed to be collected from Melbourne when I live in QLD. Which apparently fast forward a week and a bit later wasn't a thing "they never saw the package at all ever."
$850 unable to be replaced package gone. I then got blocked by the sender because they thought I was making it all up as it just seemed so unbelievable.
CouriersPlease
Absolute 0 customer service.
Phone? refers you to the bot or you need a client ID connect the phone. Hides email and continues to try force you to use their live service bot sending useless articles until finally just gets the bot to send a email. No email confirmation or acknowledge of send message. Randomly gets a email reply after half a week. Customer service raises a ticket number, no reference, no link just hey here is a ticket number. Finds out how to access ticket number via reddit. Needs a client ID to access said ticket number. Repeat.
If if helps instead of going on a wild goose this is the couriersplease contact email
Swift and Shift couriers.
Whomever Amazon uses for their last mile because they never ring and just dump all packages in a room in my highrise. They also didn't show up on Friday as expected and now I'm waiting with no further updates except "we're sorry it's late, come back here tomorrow for a refund if it doesn't arrive"
Thanks Amazon.Fast Horse Express (Used often by AliExpress etc)
Dragonfly Shipping (Used often by Amazon)Couriers Please/Amarex are great in comparison.
Fast Horse Express
I ordered a torch light from Sofirn last year, and this pathetic excuse for a courier company left the package on the junk mail slot directly facing the street.
My heart always sinks when I see Fastway as the deliverer. Not just appalling at their attempts to deliver it is really hard to retrieve a parcel from a depot.
Whilst we were away they left a âcould not deliverâ card for a package from some place in Africa. By the time we got home to deal with it the tracking data wasnât valid anymore. I suspect they finally had a good look at the delivery address and realised it wasnât for us.
Aramex are by far the worst. When I see someone send me something with them I automatically know not to expect it within two weeks.
Every time I see Aramex, I hold my breath. It's a coin-toss that my package will actually be delivered.
This just in…
Freight Management Holdings, operator of the Border Express and Couriers Please businesses, is heading back into Australian hands with Singapore Post securing a $775.9 million sale of the business to Pacific Equity Partners.

Lost a package of mine, got refund from place I bought it from.
Then I realised I could increment the tracking number and get anyoneâs full name, phone number and address from their tracking page. Why they needed to show that information baffles me. Reported it to ASD, OIAC and Hunter Express nobody cared.
I doubt you will find any of those companies having more than 1 out of 5 star reviews.
To be fair, thats just because the only people who review them are the few unlucky ones that their stuff never arrives (few by comparison to volume of freight moved)
kinda related so not going to create a OP.
today was a heat wave and my package could not be delivered due to "vehicle breakdown". heat must be actually killing cars atm. đ
