you get a visa debit card (likely to be physical but T&C says it could be electronic), so anywhere visa is accepted (most places)

I haven't received anything yet, it feels like this might be fraudulent.
Never received mine either! Claim submitted 24/12/24, followed up on the 03/02/25 and they said it was still pending review and validation. Haven't heard anything since.
