I always used Zyrtec but a couple of years ago bought a generic brand of Cetirizine as the deal was too good to pass up. However the generic made me feel tired and nauseous, which I never felt with Zyrtec. Active ingredient is certainty the same but sometimes the other in-active ingredients used can be different so I guess what I'm saying is your mileage may vary!
It's crazy how much cheaper the generic brand is over Zyrtec. Never buying the name brand again.
