Hi, I'm just curious if anyone can vouch for Pet Planet?

They have some great prices on dog food, but it's hard to find any reviews.

    Hyphen in the URL, .shop, seems sus. Though these days convention is out the window for domains so who knows.

    The website keeps making an annoying noise every time that stupid notification appears showing "someone" has "bought something".

    Looked up the ABN. Make of it what you will. I've noticed a few of these weird looking websites that seem ok but have questionable legitimacy increasing in the past few months. If it is legit the lack of attention to detail is shocking.

    Just looked at their social media, totally sus lol. The facebook photos are weird and the Instagram has an address in Melbourne in Knoxfield whereas the website says their address is in Campsie. The number on their contact page isn't connected either. Complete scam and a shame this is happening in Australia.

      Different business maybe? Assuming you're looking at petplanetAU their description says
      Pet Planet Group Pty Ltd is part of Pet Planet Trading Ltd, a privately held company based in Hong Kong. Founded in 2017, one of the fastest growing pet products companies in the Hong Kong.
      and under their contact details it lists a different website https://petplanetgroup.com.au/

      I have no idea if https://pets-planet.shop/ is legit or not, that's why I'm here. If anyone has ordered from them please let us know!

        The link to their facebook from the home page (small icon near the bottom left of the page) led me to this page, the photos seem to have changed but two days ago they had photos of women with cleavage on their profile. The about section also says they're a "gaming video creator".

        It's very likely not legit.

          Hmm yeah you're right. I can still see those photos when I view in desktop mode. How odd (and low effort).

    No it's a scammer. I purchased some cat food. It checked to see on "SHOP APP" when it would arrive and it said it had. The FedEx tracking said it left from Angeles City Phillipines and was delivered to Qld. Tracking didn't have a delivery name or address just Queensland AU. Parcel was signed for by "Steve".

    Can't contact them as Shop App email no longer exists and neither does there "SHOP APP" shop. Total scam.

    I only normally buy if I can pay with PayPal but because it was through a platform I have used quite a few times I wasn't concerned.

    There is another company called pet planet and they are legit.

    I just got scammed for $320 worth of dog food. Says its delivered, but it isn't
