Hi all,
Has anyone had issues getting support from Mobicity regarding an incorrect product having been sent? Bought a mobile phone accessory from them a few weeks ago and received it last week. Opened it to find that it does not have an Australian charger. Logged a support ticket and no answer for over a week. Got hung up on when I called their support line :(
If this is the level of support for an accessory, I don't want to imagine trying to get some for a more expensive item. Should this seller be avoided in the future?
Darren and Mal are really active on Whirlpool. Write a post in the thread or Whim one of them and they should look into it for you.
