But the back of the box says "Includes Network Pass Voucher Code".
As far as I can see in PSN store Network PASS is extra $15.95
Does it mean Online purchase doesn't have Online PASS included?
The network pass is included with all PS store purchases for games that require it. You will only need to consider purchasing an online pass if you have bought a second hand physical copy due to the previous owner using the code. This is why the network pass is available separately in the PS Store.
I believe the idea is to allow game developers/producers to get paid EVERY time their product is sold, not just the first time. Or it might just be to actually pay for and support the online component of the games. Who knows?
