ShopBack Help please!

Hi all,
I'm going around in circles with the Shopback bot and I hope someone here can assist me please.

I want to make a purchase on MyDeal, when I go via the Shopback Website it comes up with a $10 off if you spend over $100 before you click through to MyDeal, it doesn't appear for me on the App.

When I use the Website the BankSA 2% bonus Challenge is nowhere to be found.

Do I need to relink my Credit Card on the Website as bizzare as that sounds?

    Don't shop until 20% cashback. SB just removed forecast in App. 20% cashback seems to fall on Monday as I checked earlier.

    Thanks, I never know where to see the upcoming deals. The item I want might be out of stock by Monday unfortunately.

      The forecast in app (Upcoming upsizes calendar) was available for about 2 days before now it’s gone)
