  • Had I not just got the game through the PSN xmas deal (to install on both my bro's and my PS3), I'd have gotten this. Great game and we've only played the first 15min or so.

Could you please put which platform in the title? Good game, a bit short tho.

    • Sorted, thanks.

  • any deal on xbox marketplace ?

  • -1

I would say this game is better on a console. But it's just my opinion.

buy a 360 controller for pc (or just a dongle if you already have a controller) and enjoy the best of both worlds :)

    • +2

Why? On PC it has better graphics right?

It's not as if you can't use a controller on the PC.

      Is it buggy or something?

    • Same opinion here: just plug in a controller and it's just the same. Also, the PC version is superior due to very short load times, and a free add-on High Res texture pack that was released at launch. It makes a huge difference!

      • PS3 version had very very short load times too. like 20seconds to go from main menu into game, and 5seconds to load a previous mission. I was very impressed at how little I got to see of the loading screen :)

    • Depends on your entertainment set up.

You may have a big screen for console but have a small screen for PC. Can understand that. Usually its people's preference

    • Practically every PC these days has an HDMI port for hooking up to a TV, Xbox360 controller support for PC games is common (particularly for multiplatform games) and it only costs $15 for a dongle, and Steam has Big Picture mode which is specifically designed for TV+Controller use.

"You have an item in your basket that cannot be shipped out of the UK or to your location. To continue please remove this/these items from your basket. These items are usually Courier or Special Delivery items"

Anybody else get this error on checkout?

    • +1

      Yes, same issue :(
      Anyone know a way around?

    • You guys aren't accidental buying the PC DVD version or anything are you?

Plenty of upvotes, but: has anyone actually bought it successfully?

      • Yeah, CD Key version.

Googled a fake UK address but what on earth is there zip code? "W1K 5QH"? or "020 7499 8002"?

        • Yes they have strange alpha-numeric postcodes there.
I just used the address of SimplyGames' head office
          145-157 St John Street
          EC1V 4PY
          London
          United Kingdom

        Little update here

Yes I did manage to purchase it successfully now. Onto install now.
It seems that you have to change your details to a UK address in your details before you hit checkout.
After that change your Paypal address to match that address and it should process

    • Worked for me by paying via credit card not PayPal

  • +1

I had this error I changed my delivery address to UK address

    Downloading now on Steam.

  • Out of Stock?

  • I successfully purchased, but haven't received the code yet. Page is showing out of stock, so they might have run out of codes?

  • Luckily (I think) I had it saved in my cart for a few hours. I couldn't change my PayPal address to a UK-based address so I just used my debit card instead. How long did it take most people for you to receive your cd key?

  • Ordered, thanks :)

  • Quick Q — did SimplyGames send the cd-key to peoples email address they signed up with OR their Paypal email address? My order was supposedly sent via email and is marked as 'Completed order' yet I don't have an email with my cd-key :(

Nice offer on the game. But Steam may offer something similar with DLC included near Christmas

    • The base game will be $12.50 even with 75% off on Steam, but i highly doubt it will be 75% off because it only came out 4 months ago.

Paid using sagepay and my Australian-issued MasterCard, no problems with addresses, used my Australian address as my billing address and it never even asked me for a mailing address (why would it?)

Got the Steam code within ~30 minutes and I'm downloadin' :D

  • Bought two copies, Aussie address, Sage/Credit card.

    Thanks mate

I love having a PC and being able to buy new AAA titles for this price.

    • I would prefer to play a game like this on my Xbox 360 but for the money, I can't turn it down.

      • +1

Gaming PC + Xbox 360 controller. Thats the way Im gonna do it.

  • Bought a key 13 hours ago and still no cd-key.

It's marked as "sent via email" in 'Completed orders' yet I don't have it? Emailed them but no response.

So much for 15 minutes LOL

    • Checked your spam folder?

  • Awesome, friend and I just got this deal, key sent in under 5 minutes.Woohoo! thanks heaps.

  • They've jacked up the price to 9 pounds or almost 14AUD. Still a great deal for a pretty new game.
Game is pretty good so far.

  • Just ordered using my bank debit credit card, $15.81 for today's exchange rate.
    waiting for activation code.

    • Received activation in 7 mins.
