Hey All,
Looking for options for a foreign currency card for an upcoming trip to HK and Singapore. What are the ozb favs in this regard or should I just carry cash and exchange locally?

I was only in HK for a day, but there was a lot of eating places that do not accept credit cards
Will also add that most eating places preffered method of payment is the Octopus Card (their equivalent of the Opal Card), but can be used in retail and hospitality venus, in addition to public transportation. Theres no additional fees in using this so OP might want to consider getting an Octopus Card while in HK.
Thanks, excellent tip
wise
Is wise better than say an ING debit card? I compared the two and ING seems to have a better conversion rate while Wise has a lower fee. Any other option that I should look at (low fees, good conversion)
fee free FX free debit cards. ING, Ubank, I think Macquarie. there are a few others. Wise has withdrawal limits and other weird charges and i cant see any reason to use it for travel (unless you want to try and play FX markets in advance)
Revolut…..I am using it.
