Their “life time warranty” is pretty poor in my experience and they will pick and choose what is covered.
After a few uses, the elastic that holds the hammock strap neatly in a roll, broke. This keeps it neat and tidy so it’s easier to pack up and not have the straps get tangled.
They refused to replace the strap because they claimed it is only “cosmetic”. Instead offered a $25 gift card which doesn’t really help unless I buy another hammock.
Had a Hennesy Hammock for many many years, no issues for those interested in a camping hammock.
Never in a million years would I trust reviews on these kind of “internet brand” products.
Also a lifetime warranty is completely meaningless when they can just disappear at any minute.
