Finding out Which eBay Stores Are Participating in Specific eBay Promotions?

Hi, I am pretty sure that we used to have a filtered option for finding stores by name that participate in specific promotions.

Does anyone know how to do this now, or has eBay stopped it?

  Just look for the ones that have increased their prices by 30% recently.
