Help FInding Airline Website for last minute Upgrades

Hi Guys,

Need help please ASAP! I remember recently finding out about a website where you pay a small amount of money to potentially get a cheap last minute business class upgrade, or even reserve a whole row of seats.
I think it worked in the way that you pay say $4 to potentially get a $130 business class upgrade, and they tell you up to four hours before your flight if you qualify.

Any help please!

There is optiontown, but it doesn't work for any Aussie Airlines. Not sure if this is what you remember.
