Sounds like a reasonable price for a 85 inch QLed tv. This unit has 100hz motion rate unlike 75 inch C655 which has 60hz only.

Not sure this is the best deal vs the 75 inch…you're paying $600 more over the $899 for the 75 (66% more) for only a 28% increase in area. I've got an 85 and a 75, and TBH you can't tell the difference between the two of them if they are in separate rooms (and you sit closer to the 75). Sure, it looks bigger in the showroom when they're side to side, but not an appreciable difference in practice. Just my 2c
Fair point. Just 40cm change in your viewing distance makes this exactly the same experience. Should really be a simple decision.
