For a second there thought it was a physical place
they are making it harder and harder every year to earn points. Now there's a limit of 10k points for completing steps vs 15k. They better be returning more value to customers otherwise im jumping ship soon.
Who would you jump ship to though…? I thought AIA Vitality was the only of its kind in Australia…?

almost 4 years ago when i joined them on family plan (2 adults), i worked out i needed to get ~$360 worth of extra value to make it worthwhile, given their slightly higher premiums. Haven't done the calculations recently but I'm still ahead since I get almost the max (2*$760 cashback a year).
Now that theyre making it more difficult to get the full $760 (5*52+500), it's becoming harder and harder to justify AIA vitality.
