jeans with wool content is not exactly common, so if they had wool I'm sure it'd be clearly stated. From memory, RM Williams make jeans with wool

Levi’s the most reasonable priced and reliable and good looking jeans for work/leisure so far.
Over the years tried Kmart, target, uniqlo, amazon basics, wrangler, fcuk, asos etc - it’s a false economy imo
