Velocity Extra 30k Offer from June

I applied for this offer back in June. the card was approved on July 4 and the two statements in which I met the spend were Aug 3 and September 3.

Their Tnc say it will be credited in 10-12 weeks after meeting min spend.

Wondering if I should have already received the extra 30k or do I need to wait till the full 12 weeks (from Sept 3) are over?

I've had the extra 30K bonus points deposited together with the regular 30K points at the time of second statement. Wasn't from this June but maybe in 2024.

OTOH ColesMC is due to give me 40K flybuys but they're delaying it till the 3 months stated in the T&C. Both are run by NAB afaik, so maybe Virgin has changed their practices too.
