Samsung Tablet Buying on Facebook Marketplace without Copy of Receipt- How Does Samsung Handle Warranties?

I'm thinking of buying a Samsung tablet from FB marketplace, will Samsung replace the unit if it's within the 1 year warranty even if you don't have any receipt?

I had a very good experience with an Apple device, I bought an iPad Mini without receipt, and it had a problem after some time but within 1 year but Apple replaced it without looking for any receipt.

Did anyone have any experience with Samsung? Did they replace your device even without any proof of purchase?

  If you care about things like warranty, save yourself the headache and just buy new.
