Spending fortune on those lawn tools is no braine.. buy the cheapest kit e.g. Ozito. The key is batteries. Ozito cheapest.
Blowers should be banned, public nuisance spreading dust and crap onto roads and neighbours. I'm off to yell at the clouds next.

Been using aldi ferrex 20v for 2 years now. They usually have specials early summer
Mower will depend on your lawn area, turf variety and budget allocation; consider also whether you want self-propelled. Strimmer and blower are easy purchases.
If your budget can stretch just buy Ego electric outdoor tools
Ryobi is trash tier, I have used an electric ryobi mower and it was gutless through buffalo. I ended up having to mow the lawn twice each time, first top setting then again at my desired length
