Discovered this dog food store, that has discounted dog food (very small selection), but with an additional 25% OFF when using the listed code.
I asked about the best before date, but was told I would need to wait till tomorrow to get an answer. My current completed bag still had 9 months left, so decided to just purchase two bags now for $172.50.

(The online chat was immediate - this late at night. Told them the code was not working on the Cart page and they provided a new code. Then I noticed that the code worked on the checkout page so they removed the code box on the cart page right away. Also, the total on the checkout page was adding additional GST (Total was $94.88). Mentioned that was a bit sneaky as you never see this - since GST is usually incorporated into the product page price. They immediately fixed that as well. On top of that they said they would throw in a gift.)

      Not a scam :) I'm located in Melbourne.

      We are mainly active on Instagram, although we do run some ads from time to time on Facebook.

      Regarding the 3.5 years, this started out as a project, and then I took a break as life can take over (one-man show here), and then in November/December 2023 I decided to give it another crack, focus on the local market and switch to Shopify (I was on wordpress before and that was a horrid experience for customers).

            @TheDoggieShop: I wish you luck. Perhaps if you had just discounted this product without the use of a code i could have used you to price match elsewhere.

            I see no evidence that you're an actual retailer, so for that reason, i am out.

            • @YOTR: Just legendary, using a retailer’s welcome discount to fund your price matching crusade elsewhere. It’s almost like asking a restaurant for a free starter just so you can dine across the street.

    • I initially thought so, but as noted the chat was very responsive and immediate. I remained on the chat, told them I posted the deal here. They processed my order and provided the shippit.com tracking link.

    • I placed my order when your site said you had nine bags left. But I've just now received a cancellation email, saying you "did not have enough stock to fulfill my order". Not great.

        Yep, my fault. Had an issue with the stock syncing integration, which made it so an additional unit was added when a sale went through - when it was supposed to be subtracted.

        That's all fixed now. Again, that's on me. And I'm confident I've put the right things in place for this to never happen again.

        In terms of more stock - my suppliers advised there will be more in next 3-4 weeks, I'll most definitely send an email out. I don't know if I can honor the same deal but will most definitely work something out :)

        Again, I own it and I apologize.
