    For wider feet?

    • Not likely

    • +1

Definitely not, these crowd my feet and they're not particularly wide.

    • Thanks everyone for reply.. looks like there are not many options out there for wider feet..

      • +1

Hoka have some models that come in wide.

Nike traditionally runs narrow anyway (pun not intended but I'll leave it there)

      • New Balance is always the choice

        • New Balance are by far the most comfortable running shoes I’ve tried. ASICS super blast 2 also fantastic. Nike always too narrow and get really uncomfortable on longer runs.

  • size 9 oos (i missed out)

    • +1

These run small. Might be an option to try next size up??

  • +2
    • Yeah thanks for heads up. Forgot that nike run small. Had to reorder size 12

        banana if you are real

        • +1

A simple human would say banana. Youre either a bit or too smart.

  • How does it feel vs Flyknit or Pegasus for marathon? Some say that InfinityRN heavier, some say it doesn't matter.

    • I have flyknit Pegasus Turbo Next and 3 pairs of Infinity RN4's. The Infinities are a neoprene sock so they fit elastically against your foot and are more "spongey" as they have Zoom Air cushioning. The Pegasus Turbos are much lighter than the Infinity 4's however and the flyknit is much more rigid and stiff. It would depend what you prefer, for me if, I was running a marathon the Infinity4s would be my choice simply for the better cushioning over that of the Pegasus Turbo Next.

      • Do you have any issues with ankle stability in the IR4?

I have a pair and haven't really used them after the first few runs because I found them to be incredibly insecure underfoot, even for a mild jog around the lake, any curve in the path meant my foot was slipping off the edge of the footbed because the material is so soft/stretchy. It's a far cry from the IR3 which was much more secure on foot and felt better IMO.

Maybe I have bad ankles (have had injuries in the past) but I honestly wouldn't recommend these even at this price.

Fwiw I bought a pair of NB fresh foam more v4 and found them to have similar level of cushioning but much better stability

        • In all honesty I use both for more casual wear as you rightly pointed out the infinity4s are not rigid at all and you could do a lot of damage on uneven ground at higher run speeds if you roll your ankle. For casual jogging I think they are ok. I must admin I use mainly Adidas shoes when running. Currently using Adidas Switch FWD as my go to shoes.

  • I have been blocked because my puzzle piece was slightly off. hhahahahahahahah

          • +1

    Who should buy

The Nike InfinityRN 4 gets our seal of approval for:
    * Beginners on the hunt for their first pair, especially if they're on the heavier side.

    That's me!

    • I would suggest trying to add to cart sometime a bit later - I had the same thing happened to me saying it was OOS but after an hour or so when I added to cart it worked

    Ugly as (profanity).

    Oos

  • Anyone can recommend a good walking shoes? Going overseas next month and will be doing a lot of walking… want something that is comfortable and not ugly…

    • +1

I have the nike e-series everyday shoe. Its good

    • Go to a camping store and get some hiking shoes or low boots. For sure you can walk fairly comfortably with a lot of running shoes (especially if they aren’t super plush), but hiking shoes are designed for walking.

Try a few different styles/makes as they all a bit different. The most expensive ones aren’t necessarily the best - you don’t need the goretex or the technical stuff.

Great shoe & looking much better in person, luckily was reading comments order another size up; the first one is too small! Haven’t used for exercising but if doesn’t work out using just casual. thank you OP
