Can't Add CommBank Card to Google Wallet on My Pixel Watch 2

Trying to add my debit card to my Pixel Watch but getting this message -
"Couldn't finish card setup for tap to pay
You won't be able to tap to pay with your device using your card. To fix this, contact your bank. Get tips on what to tell your bank."

Currently using the card on my phone's wallet. Also used it previously with my apple watch. Phone is a pixel.

Anyone else faced this issue previously and knows the fix?

    I had to call the bank to set up my citi card for pixel Watch 2. Surprisingly she knew what I was talking about and fixed it remotely.

    Open the CommBank app after trying and it should bring up a message to allow it.
    Or call the bank.

    I would contact commonwealth bank. It sounds like their systems are flagging something that you need to call them about.
