    I'll ask the same question I asked in the last AMA:

    JB has diversified its range since it first opened and now sells all sorts of things like kettles and hairdryers. What do you wish JB Hi-Fi sold?

    • 9 tattoos. 4 piercing and my hair is naturally brown

    Is it an enjoyable workplace?
    Is it true that members have to learn how to write in the "JB hifi font"
    Can you ask for a cheaper price for anything? I saw someone ask once on some $15 headphones and I think they dropped it. Does it come out of your sales in some way? Would you always recommend asking?

    • For the most part it’s enjoyable. Management can sometimes be on their high horse but that’s natural I think

      Everyone does get shown how to write it, but our merchandising team mainly takes care of that.

      You can ask for a cheaper price on most things. There are some where without a price match there’s zero movement in the price. Most recently it was a Remarkable tablet and it had zero movement on price.

      I would always ask but do it politely. Don’t just go “Oi best price” as soon as you see someone because we’re humans too. And yes everything will have some $$ figured attached to it which would translate ti a commission sale. The latest iPhone may have $1.10 for us for selling it

    • I don’t enjoy either. Whether it’s pizza or not. But pineapple I can live with

    What happens when someone tries for an out of warranty repair/return quoting ACCC reasonable life expectations etc?

      We usually will send it to the manufacturer for an assessment, if not most managers are understanding and can work on a potential deal for a new item/replacement
