Will this work on Australian networks?

It looks like it is the UK version (model XQES54EUKCB.GC):

  It will work on Vodafone and Optus. If not you will need to flash to Asia firmware.

  But theoretically Australian telcos can cut out perfectly working phones they can't verify don't rely on 3G, that is in part the 'conspiracy theory' on imported phones.
