Kogan Not Letting Me Use Kogan Credit to Pay

Hey just seeing if anyone has come across this issue.

I'm trying to buy some headphones off the Kogan site for which is pricing up at $159 - I had some flexi gift cards to claim so I ended up claiming $160 worth of vouchers and I added them into Kogan's gift card section which put them in the credit section of my profile for me. I did test this originally with putting $5 worth in and going to final payment screen and the $5 of credit to use was showing able to be used - however now I've loaded $160 worth there is no option to pay via Kogan credit - only credit card, PayPal etc.

Has anyone come across this issue? I've logged a query to Kogan's website as the only number I could find (1300 304 292) just tells you to go to the website and hangs up.

  Wait for up to one hour before take action. I had similar experience on it regarding Kogan points or credits. The issue usually solves by itself.

    Has been this way since I tried at 4pm yesterday - I've tried on desktop, phone browser and app and same issues. I just added a tv to the cart along with the headphones and it came up as a payment option - soon as I deleted the tv out of the cart though the points/credits option as payment choice left when I got back to final screen.

  Are you trying to buy directly from Kogan or a reseller through Kogan website ?
  As it may not be accepted by reseller ?

  Happens occasionally. Try on both desktop and mobile. Can be a bit of pain but usually over a few hours it resolves itself.
