Just FYI, bibigo/CJ group is a Korean giant and I’d say this product is Korean, just their factory /OEM happens to be in Japan just like Kikkoman or Meiji have factories outside Japan.
Honestly go to a Korean suburb and pay $7 for some fresh and bigger roll. Its rice and vegetable, once frozen and thawed, they are not the same anymore.
Do you live in Sydney or Melbourne? I haven't seen $7 gimbap in QLD.
3 Bros Korean Bistro & kimbab in Bowen hill makes pretty good gimbap. I recommend its lunch menus
While it's not gimbap, I definitely recommend Jeon's Kitchen in the valley. Had a great bibimbap there and the side dishes are also great :)

How is this once thawed? I’ve never tried frozen gimbap, we always make ours fresh. I’d like to try it if it’s nice.
I finally tried bulgogi one today. Texture was mehhh. I wouldn't buy again even for this price lol
