Velocity Points Transfer to Other Members

I am seeing a massive influx of Velocity point sellers.

I have had a negative experience in the past with Qantas after one singular transfer.

Is there a lower chance of velocity banning when selling points to other OzB members or something? It seems everyone is pretty happy to make these transfers, or do they just not care for the longevity of their account?

  They are actually sparkling points, they're only velocity points if they come from the Velocity region of France.
