I think there are errors in the terms. They're running a comp each week for 12 weeks. I think unlimited is Instagram. I suspect the form is just for mailing list sign-up and them matching e-mail to insta account.

I'm not even sure how unlimited would work on instagram. If I tag too many people I get my account blocked for days.
@shaneb: Same here, I only do it if the prize is something I really want like an electric bike. Otherwise, it is one tag.
