Bargain Preferences - Which One Is Preferred?

A new bargain will be available in the next couple of weeks, and I expect demand to be high. I wanted to get some input from the community on preferences:

Would you prefer:
1. A lower price, with a limit of 1-3 items per order (exact limit still to be decided), or
2. A slightly higher price, with no quantity limit?

Additional info: The price difference would be around 10% between the two options, and a delivery fee would apply per order.
