      Yes same. Order placed at 1:55AM.
      When I click on the regular cashback in ShopBack it notes the time as 2:00AM, meaning it didn’t register for the bonus. I’ve raised a ticket.

          Shopback support denied my claim. Agent said the order was placed after 2am, but the screenshot I sent of the order confirmation from AliExpress and PayPal was 1:58am and 1:59am. Even the order details in AliExpress show it was placed at 1:57am.

      Update: just DM rep and received my bonus $10.
      Although my PayPal payment went through at 1:59am, He said they only received my order at 2:01am.
      But they will still honour my claim.

          Hey mate, go PM @gotyourback.

          They sorted me out. It seems their support has changed from the generic one that has been from the last few months (or years?). They added manual entries for me, in case anyone else in the same boat.

          I have hope for shopback afterall!

      +1, ordered within app, nothing tracked. App says tracks by 16/11/2024 - but when everyone else has been reporting tracking within minutes, most likely will have to fight for this. Challenge says "You missed out".

    My purchase completed via Shopback in-app browser around 1:45am did not track. Challenge shows "You missed out". Same thing happened again with Temu Flash challenge 100% bonus with $10 cap on 12 Nov 2024 (12-2AM AEDT). Reported to SB rep GYB. Hopefully this will be fixed up soon.
