HI, the email Newsletter is no longer working, the last one being on 20 October. Is anyone else facing similar problem? How to get the emails working again?

How is the newsletter any better than refreshing every 60 seconds?
I get emailed newsletters from the the Perth Mint. Is that the one you are referring to?
Check your spam folder? Check under Promotions inbox tab if you are on Gmail?
If you are on Hotmail/Live/Outlook, then it's just usual routine that Microsoft would hide OzBargain emails without a trace. If you are on iCloud, then likely Apple just decided to block our email server yet again.
Why not use an email service with good server reputation? I didn't even know OZB had a newsletter tbh.
I just had a look at email services that can do 120,000+ email deliveries per day and their cost… Thanks I'll just keep using our $20/month VPS.
That is a lot of email, even with Amazon SES it would be more than $20 a month.
@AustriaBargain: SES is expensive… 120k / day is just the newsletter. I just looked at our SMTP server logs, and for the past few days:
- Nov 10: 230,066 outbound
- Nov 9: 263,706 outbound
- Nov 8: 266,993 outbound
- Nov 7: 258,954 outbound
SES costs US$0.10/1000 emails + $0.12/GB egress — that can be easily 50x of our current cost.
It's still working for me. Check your settings here.
If it's all looking good, then it might be rejected by your mail server / spam settings.
