  I actually got a Borghese foundation from them a few weeks ago. Extremely runny/watery.

  i received mine today (Bourjois mascara and Elizabeth Arden)
  I checked the manufacture date by batch code online..
  It shows the following info.

  Elizabeth Arden
  Date of manufacture:
  May 2008
  General shelf life: 36 months
  It looks like your product was manufactured more than 3 years ago

  Bourjois mascara
  Date of manufacture:
  July 2008
  General shelf life: 36 months
  It looks like your product was manufactured more than 3 years ago

  The Mascara is almost dry……..
  Um.. I am not going to buy from them again…

    Yikes.. sorry to hear that. Have you opened both the products? Are you able to return them?

      I have to open the Bourjois 's package to get the batch code on the Mascara..
      A piece advice for all of u, dont buy make up from them even they are cheap…

      I used the $10 voucher .. basically I only pay a few dollar on top of that…
      Cant bother to contact them for refund / return..
      Just throw them into the bin

        Have you tried warming up the mascara?

        It's something you do with dried gel eyeliner to soften it - either put it in the microwave (lid open) for 10 second bursts (although they are usually in glass containers so don't need to be worried about melting plastic), or try putting the closed tube in hot water.
