    He probably means its not for everyone (only new users). That is also 'targeted' I guess as its only on offer for certain ppl. Ie. Not existing customers

      I think Uber Eats also likes to do a bunch of "customer that has registered but not ordered yet" promos (this is still a new customer), could be one of them.

    It’s for customers who have had an Uber eats account for some time now but haven’t placed their first order yet.
    Uber randomly targets some such accounts.

  I got an email telling me I had very similar promo available (auspass_ia_oct24_75off). Log in. Add promo as I see it’s available. (Didn’t have to enter code). Get message promo claimed. It just disappeared after I added it.
