Does Anyone Remember These Lollies?

I used to buy them from Big W, and remember them being available many years before this from other stores.

They were like a boiled lolly (aka bonbon?), each came in a single colour, but there were different colours/flavours mixed in the bag.

There was a word embossed into the front (& possibly back) surface of each. Paper wrapping. Photo

    Pascal Bon Bons, IIRC.

Based on your pic, i'm guessing you've already seen the reddit thread

    • Thanks, had the picture, but not the thread.

I don't remember them having 'PASCALL' embossed on the surface though. The wording was different.

I remember these, they were hard on the outside by chewy when you bit into them.

I loved these - very much a treat when staying with grandparents.

  • I 'member!

Weren't they around in the 70's?

  • I am wondering if the ones I remember (and also later got in BigW, were Haribo brand?

I remember the outside bag looking a little like the Haribo Goldbears (that I think BIGW still sell).

  • I’ve always called them ‘Fruit bon bons’

Pascals is not the only maker.
