Update: Looks like whoever screwed up has fixed the website now

The new website not even have a field to input card number, CVV and expiry date

I checked the balance of a Vanilla Visa gift card a couple of hours ago on the previous version of the website, so whoever screwed up the website has only done it very, very recently. The current website looks like it came straight from 2005…

I just called the customer service hotline shown on the back of a Vanilla Visa gift card and was able to hear the balance of the same gift card over the phone, so there is a workaround available for the moment whilst the website goes through an identity crisis!
