Shopback has become so bad, probably always was and I just got the brunt of it.
They mark the tracked cashback as 0 so you don't even know what you lost out on. I luckily had taken some screenshots this time. I've had two claims marked down to 0 (and if I had not taken the screenshots, I'd probably wouldn't have noticed..) and on top of that my referral was randomly rejected. The cherry on top is that I've had support tickets open for a few weeks now with no reply yet. Comapare that to cashrewards who tracked one of my complaints and paid out the cashback within a couple of days of complaining about a missing cashback during the same period.
I hate shopback, at this rate it seems less of a bargain and more of a lottery.
Thanks for coming to my rant, but please take screenshots of your shopback tracking page and regularly check the tracking/outcomes.
So why to you continue to use them?
