How do Australians buy stuff on Ruten and Shopee? I can't even register because they want a Taiwanese mobile number.
AliExpress makes it so simple. Why do these sites have to be so difficult?

I'd say it's intentionally restricted by region/country. I had to switch my Google account to the specific country for the app to appear in the Play Store. And my Shopee account in one country doesn't work for Shopee in another country so I just (correctly or incorrectly) assumed they don't shop internationally.
