Great timing. The tax man wants me to pay him with apple gift cards

    • For me, it is Sydney water or they’ll cut my water off

Woolworths notice board says its a scam. Beware of the tax man

    • Are you assume his gender? What if it's a leech?

The promotional credit can only be redeemed once per customer on eligible items.

Interestingly I got $10 off (ie $90 for the $100), but assuming this was credit from a prior promo. Didn't expect it to apply to gift cards though.

Same boat. Hopefully we get the credit because technically we didn’t “spend $100 on apple gift cards”.

    • Unticked my $10 promo just incase.

*Received $10 benefit instantly with giftcard.

  • Will it stack with the cashback in Commbank Yellow? 10$ 75$ spend

    • +6

      Always stack

Just wondering, can I buy $100 six times to get $60 credit?

  • This can be applied to App Store?

    • +2

The Apple gift card? Yes. You can use it to pay for apps in the App Store.

    • +1

      Yes

    • Yeap, subscriptions and all that. Been paying Disney+ with Apple GC too :)

  • Can I pay my monthly iCloud feed?

  • will receive a $10 promotional credit that can be used on a future eligible order ("Offer”)

It's a regular credit right and not something only applicable to specific items etc?

    • +2

Only items that are sold and shipped by Amazon au.

So this is essentially the same value as Colesworth’s “20x pts on Apple GC” deal.

    Thanks OP
    Just purchased.
Nice bonus: Apple offered 2x months ($19.98 value) of Apple Arcade trial (new customers would get 3x months) when I was adding $100 gift card to my iCloud account.

Purchased a gift card at 10am this morning, still haven't received the gift card via email and its 1pm now.
Is there usually this long of a wait? Amazon site said it would be delivered within 5mins of ordering.
In my orders section on Amazon, the purchase is shown as "processing".

      Same here.

    • 4pm now, still no gift card.

      • I received mine around 3pm - bought an hour before you. Hopefully you’ve received it by now!
They were super slow with this one!!!

        • Thankfully mine came through about 7pm.

  • Thanks OP, just picked up a $100 Apple GC

  • Can Amazon GC credit be used to buy this?

  • Quick question. If we (me and partner) have two different Amazon accounts, technically, we can get two $100 Apple gift cards. However, can both $100 gift cards be uploaded into a single Apple account, that is using a different email address as the aforementioned Amazon accounts?

    • Don't see why not. Amazon AU just email you two different Apple gift card codes. You can redeem them to any Apple AU account. They don't even care if you redeem them.
