How do you get your Qantas lounge passes?
I have a Qantas branded card, which has 2 x lounge passes. Do I have to book Qantas flights to access those lounge passes?

Check the conditions of your card. The passes can either assign to your Qantas account automatically or you need call up and request.

OP has posted and run; but may be referring to how Qantas lounge passes may get issued automatically on anniversary; ANZ makes you phone them to request; BOM requires online registration; Amex only after the first spend on selected Qantas products and services; Westpac makes you register, opt-in then make a Qantas spend.
Yes, dislike the way ANZ does that.

If you question is about making a Qantas spend there are hacks for that. But we don't know which card you have and therefore aren't sure what your question is…
Whenever I've been eligible for lounge passes they automatically loaded onto my Qantas account. You might want to contact Qantas or your credit card provider to find out what the go is.
Yes, there are a number of restrictions on using your comp passes, best to check and understand them all. If you have properly linked your QFF account with the card, the complimentary passes appear in your app and I think you can also access them via the website dashboard. Make sure you link them to (an eligible) flight more than 24hrs ahead. Not all flights nor all days & times will be eligible. Happy (and comfortable) travel adventures! :)
