Pretty sure that's the Ultra model, which OP has previously posted for less than your link. This is the Ultimate model, besides being differently coloured I couldn't tell you what the differences are, but they are different models.
I just picked up the Hisense C2 Ultra it's got Dolby Vision and Optical Zoom but only 3000 lumens. Still I think it's a better option

I bought the Chinese version (non DV) a few months back for 2700 AUD, it’s been brilliant. This projector is the best of the lifestyle projector category this year id bet, until the Valerion is released next year (which is based on the c2 ultra hardware anyhow)
I'm sure i can get this for under $400
A 1080p (0.47" dmd) pixel shifter for $3k whilst focus is on swivel (keystoning) which will even further reduce the usable resolution. not sure what the market for this is considering the price bracket.
ALIexpress/Taobao ones 4k are like under $400 8k ones with the same concept but different form factor are 500-1200

Link please. Do you have any personal experience with an "under $400" 4K projector (or "$500-$1200" 8K projector) and what makes you certain that it isn't an unbranded POS with completely made up specs?

I bought at AM store for a negotiated price for their pre sale, i think i ended up paying 80$ duty , thats all, but now i think most stores have increased the price too much, better off buying at alibaba now, there is one seller who is reliable and people say that no duty was needing to be paid…
i use a work around to evade taxes
1. get this this called cainiao (the middle man freight forwarder for taobao ali etc) then
2. billing address sent tit to a mates residence in china then ship it to the cainaio facility (taxes saved) then use the app to coordinate the delivery walla
