We upgraded from nbn FTTC to FTTP as part of nbn's offer for free upgrade and as a result, the next Exetel invoice didn't have our referral discount for referring a friend (10% for six months per referral).
We had to contact Exetel and get it manually reinstated so just be aware to check your invoice after your free nbn FTTP upgrade. This is probably because they give you an Exetel customer number as part of the upgrade.
