Livebetter Physical Reward Fulfillment after Redemption

Say if you redeem an apple watch from the Live Better Store - the time frame specified is 7 days to 6 weeks.

How do I know what stage of the fulfillment process is it up to? Can I ask them for a tracking number or will I get an email once the item is shipped?

    IIRC, Apple Watch is shipped directly from Apple and you'll receive shipping notification from Apple.

    Last year I received a confirmation email of the points redemption:

    Thanks for shopping at the Live Better Rewards Store.

    Congratulations, your reward is on its way!

    You can view the details of your order by logging in to your Live Better rewards account in My Medibank app.

    To understand next steps based on the type of reward you’ve requested please read below. If you redeemed:

    An e-Gift Card: You will receive a separate email with a link to your e-Gift Card, along with the usage instructions.

    Apple merchandise: Your rewards will be mailed to you within 6 weeks of redemption. A signature will be required upon delivery.

    A Medibank Cover reward: You can use your reward at any Medibank recognised provider and submit your claim the way you always do. For example, by swiping your Medibank membership card or submitting a claim via the Medibank app. For more details read our FAQs or you can see most Medibank rewards in your Medibank App.
    1. Tap on ‘Me’ in the Medibank app
    2. Select ‘Medibank rewards’

    It usually doesn't take 6 weeks as they say, should be much quicker.

    • I got this email too, so hopefully I'll get notification from Apple once the item has been shipped!

      I just couldn't find further details of my order in the app either (there isn't a purchased section?)

    In my experience (about a year ago, admittedly), I redeemed a chunk of points for AirPods, and I only ever received two emails:

    • The first email was from Medibank Live Better, and it was basically the same as the one in the comment above.

    • The second email was also from Medibank Live Better and it contained the name of courier and the tracking number for my parcel. The email was sent three business days after my redemption.

    There is no "purchased" section in the Medibank app; there is only the points history section that shows you when you have earned and redeemed points. I can see the AirPods as a points redemption in the points history section, but that is it.

      For context I ordered on Friday, Startrack history shows sent on Sunday, arrival expected tomorrow (Wednesday), quick turnaround!
