Looking for a lifetime license for Adobe Acrobat Pro, version 11 on.

You're not going to find a legit source to buy what you're asking about.

v11 had to be at least 10 years ago, very unlikely you're going to find anywhere that still has sealed stock laying around. I think it was around then that they moved to the subscription model so you won't find lifetime versions of anything much newer either. Even if you did, I think you'll find they can't be activated/installed. I don't remember the exact error but I know that was the case of the Photoshop non sub licences I have, they just don't work any more.

  I have some old Adobe software that can't be activated anymore because they shut down the license servers.
