Is this a power bank or requires cable for charging?
It's a charging station with wireless chargers (not a portable power bank).
Is this worth it ?
For me it is.
Allows me to change all three devices at the same time using just 1 cable.
Granted it is a lot to pay for a charger.
Wish I had costco membership so I could buy it
It’s pretty good. Highly recommend. The only issue is it’s a bit cramped, but that’s the trade off for the cube design.
Is this a cheaper alternative ?
https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0D11BQ5ZYThis alternative has been cheaper at around $35 previously on ozb: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/846394
Very happy with my LISEN (don’t need fast charging)
Can second this. Have one - they are great.
me too the magnet is super strong possible a tad too strong
I have the LISEN one, the iPhone charging is fine, quite strong magnets, the airpods charger seems also be ok.
The only part I'm not sure about - the apple watch charger heats up the watch much more than the original changer while being significantly slower.
I hope I see this a few days earlier…
It’s still $139.99 in store.
I bought this one from Coles on special - $19.95 - https://www.facebook.com/share/p/Fx82uY7utGDHWZu5/
Works a treat; I don’t need fast charging and the light has been handy.
How come these are so expensive, compared to say a Kmart one that's a fraction of the cost? Faster charge?
Qi2 is quite new and allows iPhone to charge at the faster rate of 15w.
This is still $139.95 even though the special has finished… got one today at North Lakes and they have hundreds in stock.
Note: the $299 appears to be a different model.
The one from Costco has rounded edge with Qi2 and most likely a Costco exclusive.
EDIT: Reddit Post with user commented comparison (US Model).
