  So it ends up closer to ~19% once you hit the free shipping threshold

    Don't think the cap is low, think the minimum spend for free shipping is high.
    
    With free membership:
    Adidas, New Balance, ASICS: free shipping no min spend
    Nike: free shipping $50 min spend
    
    UA needs to copy it's competitors.

      they can both be true. $25 cap on 30% cashback would limit most shoes, even if they included free shipping.

        @xrailgun: If it was a 15% cashback with $40 cap it would've limited it to only shoes.
        
        You're likely either going to get a high cashback rate, or a high cap not both.

Cash rewards completely denied my $111 cashback from the 25% cashback from UA in May - No reason other than they didnt get paid… terrible follow up - and their Reps dont respond either. And this was after getting a successfuly tracked email after the transaction.

Would be careful!
