Anyone Else Having Issue Getting Paid by ShopBack? 2 Weeks and Still Nothing!

Anyone else been having issues with Shopback paying up recently? It's been 2 weeks since i put in my request to withdraw and I have had zero luck in contacting them with the chat bot constantly going no where. I have never had this issue with them in the past.

    Theres still some long time fans of shopback which somehow seemed to never have had issue but shopback and CR been dead to me for years.

    • Never had any issues with CR but im seeing alot of people with negative things on shops reviews of recent.

  • That's weird. Just had shopback land a couple days ago and it took 4 days after making the withdraw request.

    For me, it's now TopCashBack or nothing :)

    (withdrawn last Friday, received on Tuesday)

    but do have an issue with terrible communication
    they don't respond to emails in a timely manner
    (lately no response at all)
    no other ways to communicate

    My last few withdrawals have taken longer than they used to. Sometimes 7 business days but I think 10 was the longest.

    Shopback has really declined this year. I've had to chase confirmation of cashback for various retailers because it was weeks past the date it should've been confirmed by. I've got at 15 cashbacks from Savvy Surveys that are all overdue at the moment.

    TopCashback however has been great, and the rep is super helpful. Withdrawals have been received within 3 days. Since I joined TCB I've only been using Shopback if the retailer I'm purchasing from isn't on TCB.

    • I have about 20 Savvy Surveys overdue too.As well as using their app/Chatbot to report these I sent Shopback a list by email. No response yet. I'm wondering if they're having problems with Savvy Surveys not paying. Anyway, I'm not completing anymore surveys until it's sorted.

        Yeah I have 28 overdue now with another 6 due tomorrow that will no doubt become overdue. I suspect they are having issues with SS not paying too - or they have cash flow issues in general. Could even be both.

    It is frustrating, they don't have anyone you can speak to on the phone or online chat. The only avenue is via their email: [email protected]
    And they are not very helpful and very slow.

    I submitted a withdrawal on 14/10/24, estimated cashback was 5 days, 5 days later nothing, another week later nothing, I emailed them about it and it took them another week to respond to me say your withdrawal request was unsuccessful, and they don't even tell you specifically what went wrong, they only provide general information and ask you to submit withdrawal request again:

    Possible reasons include:
    A Credit Card / Debit Card number was provided instead of a bank account number.
    Invalid number of characters for the given bank account.
    Bank rejected the transaction due to mismatched information.
    For PayPal: Amount was refunded to ShopBack as it was unclaimed.

    I seriously think that they have cash flow issues, and that's why they are delaying cashbacks. They are probably go out of business soon.
    I won't be using shopback anymore.

    • How ironic they told me the exact same thing and I went through the exact same process, but i know for a fact my details were 100% correct.
