    I used them twice and none of them were tracked. Needed to submit a claim everytime which is so annoying.

        I have lodged a missing claim and have waited a month. I’ve checked up on that claim and to my shock it’s disappeared. There is no mention of it on my account. I have the confirmation email but no history of it on the TopCashback App.

        It’s a bit concerning a claim can just vanish or is removed without notification. It’s disappointing this has happened and to be honest it does shake my confidence using TopCashback going forward. It feels like too much headache having to chase claims.

          @gamemaster: Hi, I noticed you're in Perth too. Just to reassure you, here are the steps from the App to your missing claim. You won't find the missing claim directly on the App.

          • At the bottom of App, click "More"
          • Then "My Account"
          • Under My Account, choose "Customer Service"

          This will take you out of the App into the webpage.

          • Log in to your account with Email and Password
          • You will see "Customer Service", then "Missing Cashback?"
          • In very small print, underneath Missing Cashback?, click on "View existing claim"
          • Existing Claims will show here.
          • You can also communicate here.

          I had 2 missing cashback claims last year and one missing claim recently. All have been paid. The time frame varies with the merchants and my claims took up to 2 months to be paid. It may take longer for some retailers.

          Apart from the automated email when you lodged the claim, you may not hear from TopCashback until the payment. It could be complete silence which I experienced last year for about 2 months. If they need invoices, they will email you. TopCashback does not add the tracking manually unlike other cashback providers such as Cashrewards or ShopBack if you have used them.

          I've used cashbacks (and gift cards) in the last 2 years. I found TopCashback to be reliable and the rep tightarse is very helpful. Hope your missing cashback claim will be sorted soon.
