I am looking for the best price for my little dog. I think it is one of the best brand, but the price is high. Please give me some advice.

  • I bought 12 tablets for extra large dogs for $175 delivered from PetCircle. I think they currently have the best price on the market. You can always check vetsupply. Shipping is super fast too

    • when on special and PC gives you targetted $10 off or similar, each tablet can be bought for around $10-12

    • Shipping is super fast too

I ordered from them recently and had to cancel my order after it was in a status of 'picking' for a week.
They said they had 'warehouse issues' and had no ETA.

Don't think I'll bother with them again.

Just go to 99petshops.com.au and find the best price.

Usually Budget Pet Products or Vet n Pet Direct

    • I went onto 99petshops and found out that PetCircle had further reduced their price from 3 days and they refunded me $20! Cheers mate

      • You mean you bought from pc 3 days ago they reduce price and refund you? Wow generous

        • Yes exactly haha.

@ekto: Yeah they are good. Next day delivery, local staffs (chat and call) they refunded my lost parcel, accepted price matching, etc. Even the chat/call are so much friendly not like those chats with overseas call centre.
Once we talked about our dogs hahaha

            Just the best.

Buy larger tablets and split them in half

    • Any vet here can confirm that is safe and will work for small dogs? (3.75kg adult)

      • 3.75kg is a small dog indeed. Which breed/s if you don't mind me asking?

        • +1

Its pure toy poodle. Im using this already but just asking if halfing method is safe and work for dogs

          • @CyberMurning: I assume you can just pick it up one handed under the belly like a cat?

I'm not certain that the active ingredients are spread equally over the chewable.

          • @CyberMurning: That’s almost double ours!!! Most toy poodles in our area are no bigger than 2.5kg!!

            • @spasto: no way, 3.75 is standard for pure toy poodles. yours must be teacup poodles if 2.50.
if mixed toy, can e 7-8kgs

      • Not a vet, but I asked them this once.

The risk is that the medication might not be equally distributed through the tablet, so you underdose for a month. However, the Nexgard ones look like they're poured into a mold, so in theory the "batter" of medication and buffer mix should be pretty consistent.

You have to consider how much money you save vs. the small risk. I just buy for my own dog's size personally.

  • Pet circle using first purchase code/new account. For me (very small dog) i am considering $60-70 for 6 tablets is good buy already. Yeah this thing is expensive.

  • Go to the Dog lover's show. You can get plenty of samples there

I am looking for the best price for my little dog.

You'll really need to be more specific to get a good offer. Breed, age, chipped/desexed, trained?

Technically should be in the classified section as well. I'm tempted to report this post.

honestly, i think pet circle is hard to beat for nexgaurd. any time i see a "special" somewhere, it's still more expensive than PC, especially if you have a $10-15 off coupon.

    • yep my best purchase is around $11 per tablet (i always bought 6 packs). it would be super bargain to get under $10 a tablet.
buying 12 usually doesnt give much less price per tablet compare with 6.
