Best to slow cook or cut out the tendon and tenderise. Normally around $25/kg. Okay price per kilo if buying two packs.

Agree. For $18.49kg you're better off going to Aldi and buying the rump steak bulk pack. They were $16.99kg for the last 2 weeks but the special ended on Tuesday. It's the only rump I buy and the quality is outstanding.
Correction: Normally around $18/kg
Do you have a link to same? As far as I know you can only get a 2kg blade roast for cheaper per kilo.
silverside $10kg :-)

Well worth watching this on flat iron / oyster blade steaks. It's a totally underrated cut.
Sad day when $18 a kg for sh*tty oyster blade is a bargain.
